I. The Space
Serene Georgia trees on every side and a private pond at the edge of the lawn. Inside, luxury-inspired main living areas, a lounge with a club-style atmosphere below, and multiple gathering spaces on every level. Host a celebration, shoot your next production, or bring everyone together for the weekend.

By the hour, by the event or for the entire weekend. Every reservation is reviewed personally and confirmed with a final quote.

Just outside the Atlanta metro area, on four private wooded acres with a pond. For privacy, the exact address is shared with confirmed guests only.
Once we approve your request, we hold the date for 3 days so you can place your deposit. The date is yours the moment the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.
Yes, with the Weekend Rental. The estate sleeps 20+, ideal for retreats, reunions, birthday weekends and group getaways.
Of course. Outside vendors are welcome. Share who is coming in your request so we can plan setup and arrival times.
No smoking indoors. Guest count stays within the approved number. The host is responsible for any damage, and events end at the time on the reservation. Full guidelines arrive with your approval.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another open date with at least 14 days notice. Reach out and we will take care of you.
