Good to know

Where is the property?+

Just outside the Atlanta metro area, on 4 private wooded acres with a pond. For privacy, the exact address is shared with confirmed guests only.

Is my date held when I submit a request?+

Not yet. Once we approve your request we hold the date for a few days so you can pay the deposit. The date is locked when the deposit is paid.

Can I stay overnight?+

Yes, with the Weekend Rental. The house sleeps 20+, making it ideal for retreats, reunions, birthday weekends and group getaways.

Can I bring my own caterer, DJ or decorator?+

Yes. Outside vendors are welcome. Let us know who is coming in your request so we can plan setup and load-in times.

What are the house rules?+

No smoking indoors. Guest count may not exceed the approved number. The host is responsible for any damage. Events end at the time on your booking. Full rules are sent with your approval.

What if I need to cancel?+

Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another open date with at least 14 days notice. Reach out and we will work with you.
