Once we approve your request, we hold the date for a few days so you can place your deposit. The date is yours the moment the deposit is received.
Yes, with the Weekend Rental. The estate sleeps 20+, ideal for retreats, reunions, birthday weekends and group getaways.
Of course. Outside vendors are welcome. Share who is coming in your request so we can plan setup and arrival times.
No smoking indoors. Guest count stays within the approved number. The host is responsible for any damage, and events end at the time on the reservation. Full guidelines arrive with your approval.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another open date with at least 14 days notice. Reach out and we will take care of you.
